I'm a curious person and I'm interested in many things, but here's a non-exhaustive list of a few of my active interests.
Writing
No big surprise here, being a former journalist and all. Check out my

Current Affairs
Basically, I like to know about things. If it affects me, people around me or the industry I work in then I'm interested. Sometimes I like to know even if it doesn't affect me. It's a powerful tool, knowledge :)
Food and Drink
I love food. I adore eating out. I will eat practically anything, but I despise avocado and the squidgy inside of tomatoes.
Technology and New Media
I'm no expert but I love new technology, the social web and everything else that is helping to re-write all the rulebooks.
Languages
I lived in Madrid for a little while, so my Spanish is not too bad. I've recently started learning Japanese too, although I'm still very much a beginner!
Travel

Running
I'm a bit out of practice at the moment but I'm training again. I'm going to be running the Race for Life 5k again in July. Click here to see some photos from other years.
Music
I have an eclectic taste in music and I love going to gigs. My favourite, of recent gigs, was Elbow in Delamere Forest last year.
